Thank you for choosing iGreenPlug. Our products are carefully tested to ensure quality and performance. We offer a limited warranty on all mobile accessories purchased through our website.

1. Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following iGreenPlug products:

  • Mobile chargers
  • Power banks
  • Data cables
  • Earphones/headphones
  • Other electronic mobile accessories

2. Warranty Period

  • All mobile accessories come with a [6-month / 1-year] limited warranty from the date of purchase.

3. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in material or workmanship
  • Non-functioning or failure under normal usage conditions
  • Battery performance issues (where applicable)

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage due to misuse, drops, accidents, or negligence
  • Damage caused by liquid ingress, fire, or other external causes
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, discoloration)
  • Damage due to use of third-party accessories not sold by iGreenPlug
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

5. Claim Process

To claim your warranty:

  1. Email us at support@thepremiumlegend.com with the following:
    • Order ID or purchase proof
    • Clear photos/videos showing the defect
    • Description of the issue
  2. Our support team will evaluate your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
  3. If eligible, you may be required to ship the item back for inspection or replacement. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Remedies

If a defect is confirmed, iGreenPlug may:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit
  • Offer store credit or refund (at our sole discretion)

7. Limitation of Liability

iGreenPlug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. This warranty is limited to the value of the product only.

8. Governing Law

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
